Taking the Leap is an interactive four-week long cohort class of prospective business owners. Participants will learn how to: • Identify potential markets • Learn your customers’ needs • Create a business plan • Understand business finances • Market your products and services Participants will work with mentors and peers in fun breakout activities designed to help strengthen your business ideas and prepare you for success! The seminar schedule is as follows: Week 1: The Voice of Your Customer Week 2: A Plan for Success Week 3: Cash is King Week 4: Pitch Night!

Participants will be emailed a Zoom link each week for both the Tuesday and Wednesday classes. Material and content will be the same on both Tuesday and Wednesday nights, we like to provide participants with the flexibility to choose which class to attend each week. After registering for the course, participants will receive an email with a CANVAS invite. CANVAS will house all course materials, activities, and lectures.
